The Invincible 2000 Range

The Invincible 2000 Range is a new European styling floor mounted - overhead braced system available at very competitive prices.

TYPE A - 18mm thick high moisture resistant particle board core pre-finished in vertical grade melamine to a selected colour. Panels edged with 2mm rigid pvc.

TYPE B -18mm thick high moisture resistant particle board core finished in a select post forming grade laminate. Laminate coved at junction of division and frontal, all vertical front edges of doors and frontals are profiled. Horizontal edges are finished in matching laminate

TYPE C - 18mm thick high moisture resistant particle board core finished in a select post forming grade laminate. Laminate coved at junction of division and frontal, all edges are finished in matching laminate.

TYPE D -18mm compressed fibre cement finished in 2 pack polyurethane paint.

TYPE E - 18mm medium density fibre board finished in 2 pack polyurethane paint

TYPE F - 18mm compact laminate with polished black edges.

Support -25mm diameter polished 304 grade stainless steel cored into finished floor incorporating a 35mm diameter satin chrome plated die cast support saddle.
Head track -50mm diameter purpose made aluminium complete with snap in inserts to enable secret fixings to frontals
Division wall track- 25mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel
Wall nib track -25mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel
Aluminium track finish - Clear anodised (powder coat available)
Fixings -Stainless steel screws

Dry areas only - no showers or hose out situations Type A B C E
High use areas All types in 2000 series
Wet areas/hose out Type D & G
Considered prestigious because of post forming Type B &C

Installation:
Installed in finished room to finished walls and floor. No preliminary site work required
DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY TO INSTALL -SIMPLE

Problems:
Type B and C partitions are manufactured in one piece so are bulky to handle & transport, care to be taken at all times
No tolerance built into the system, so care has to be taken with set out. Type B and C Cubic Tonnage higher than flat pack.
