system is perfect for prestigious office buildings. A premium product for
use in dry areas only.
TYPE B - Post forming
grade laminate coved at junction of division and frontal, all vertical front
edges of doors & frontals are profiled. Horizontal edges are finished in matching
laminate.
TYPE C - Post forming
grade laminate coved at junction of division and frontal, all edges are finished
in matching laminate.

Suspension system -I00mmx 50mm parallel flange channel fixed in ceiling space
above the line of frontals & doors. The channel is supported at walls at each
end on 75mmx75mm mild steel angles that are bolted to walls with 10 mm diameter
bolts. All metal work is finished in anti-rust coating.
Support - Purpose made mild steel droppers are welded to the support beam
at partition centres and positioned at the level of the underside of the finished
ceiling.10mm diameter rods are fixed through the frontals and securely fastened
to the droppers on the suspension beam, enabling the partitions to be supported
from the ceiling without floor supports.
Division wall track - 25mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel
Wall nib track - 40 mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel
Aluminium track finish - Clear anodised or powder coated

Installation:
Installed in two stages:
1/ Install suspension steel work
2/ Install partitions when all works to ceilings, walls and floors are completed
DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY TO INSTALL -
STEEL WORK DIFFICULT OWING TO ACCURACY REQUIRED.
PARTITIONS EASY PROVIDING ACCURACY MAINTAINED.
Problems:
Manufactured in one piece, so can be bulky. Easily damaged during transport
and handling. So great care has to be taken. Cubic tonnage higher than flat
pack.
USE FURNITURE REMOVALIST FOR TRANSPORT
Little tolerance built into the system, so care has to be taken with set out,
if ceiling is installed out of level with droppers
