Cement sheet system -

The floor mounted, overhead braced, cement sheet system is hard working, robust and ideal for use in public and wet use areas subject to vandalism.

Partitions:
Divisions substrate - 18mm compressed fibre cement sheet
Frontals substrate -18 mm compressed fibre cement sheet
Finish - 2 pack polyurethane paint to manufacturers recommendations
Support - Frontals continue to floor and are fixed into a purpose made channel floor track.
Head track - 40 mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel fixed to top of frontals, track is closed off at door head with purpose made snap in section.
Division wall track - 40mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel
Wall nib track - 40 mm x 25mm purpose made aluminium channel
Panel joiner - 18mm purpose made aluminium 'H' section
Aluminium track finish - Clear anodised or powder coated
Fixings -Stainless steel

(a) 18 mm thick moisture resistant medium density fibre board finished in 2pack polyurethane paint.
(b) 18mm thick high-density waterproof fibreboard finished in 2 pack polyurethane paint.
(c) 18mm thick high moisture resistant particle board finished in select laminate

Recommended Use areas:
Wet areas of all types
High use areas - system is very robust
Areas subject to vandalism

Installation:
Installed in finished room to finished walls and floor. No preliminary site work required
DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY TO INSTALL - SIMPLE

Problems:
Panels are subject to scratching during installation. Care must be taken with handling. Panels weigh 35Kg/Sq Metre so larger panels are heavy.
Transport by flat pack system. Panels are individually wrapped in cell foam and then crated. TRAVELS WELL.
